Our manager, Juliet Olaniyan completed a BA Education degree in Secondary Education abroad in 1991. Upon completing her degree, Juliet achieved a PGCE in Primary Education in the year 2000. Juliet was awarded a Qualified Teachers Status when she completed her PGCE, and since then she has accomplished in a lot of ways. She has had a diverse teaching career, and she has taught in many schools in different London Boroughs including, Southwark, Lewisham, Bexley, and Greenwich. Currently, Juliet is teaching part-time at a public school, and she specialises in teaching primary and secondary school children. She teaches the children on a one-to-one basis, or in small groups outside of school hours.
Juliet’s Teaching Style
Many would describe Juliet as a calm, patient, and an encouraging teacher, and that is why so many children respond well to Juliet’s teaching style. Education has been a huge part of Juliet’s life, and she relishes the opportunity to develop a child’s skills as well as watching their confidence grow. Juliet’s aim is to ensure that every child she teaches, reaches their full learning potential, and she goes above and beyond to help every child.
Juliet is a mother to four lovely children and therefore she understands what being a parent is like. Juliet has a genuine interest in developing and nuturing children.
It is also important to Juliet that she keeps up-to-date with any advancements and changes within the education system, so that she can change her resources and teaching styles accordingly.
Juliet is a member of the National Union of Teachers (NUT) and the General Teaching Council (GTC). She is enhanced CRB cleared and all staff working at the centre are all CRB cleared.
